It had been nearly 20 years since the last exterior painting, and the walls were significantly deteriorated with water seeping in. After researching various options and getting quotes from three companies, President Hanano responded immediately and came to give an estimate.
He visited several times before the work began, and he was always neatly dressed and spoke in a smart manner, which made a very good impression. At that point, I already wanted to ask the president to do the work! Since it was a high price, I ultimately decided to take a gamble on his character, and I was relieved to hear that he would be doing the painting himself. I dislike the idea of having a stranger actually doing the work, no matter how good the salesperson says, so I'm glad I met President Hanano this time. I'm also grateful for all the help he gave me, fixing and explaining things beyond just the exterior painting.
He always cleaned and tidied up properly before leaving each day, which is wonderful. Painting in the August heat must have been tough, but seeing the beautifully finished house makes me glad I had the exterior painting and waterproofing done. For a month, he would say "Have a good day!" every day when I left for work, so I'll miss him a little. The hot days will continue, so please take care of yourself! !
thank you very much.

From the initial inquiry, the response was quick, and the polite language gave me a sense of reassurance.
When they came to inspect the site, they explained everything step by step, which was very easy to understand. The discussions about the scope of work, the paint to be used, and the costs were not vague at all; they presented proposals in a way that I could understand and agree with, which I appreciated!
During the construction, they kept me informed at appropriate intervals, making it easy to keep track of the progress. The staff who came were kind and professional.
The finished product was meticulous down to the smallest detail, and the exterior looks much brighter. I'm glad I chose them, especially considering the price. If someone I know asked me for recommendations, I would definitely recommend them.

He also warned me to be very careful because there have been many problems with exterior painting contractors recently, so I had been postponing the exterior painting work for several years until I retired myself.
By chance, I asked for an estimate, and the estimate was very detailed, including photos of deteriorated areas and detailed construction procedures and methods for each part. When I saw the estimate, I felt the company's integrity firsthand, and the price was within my budget, so I decided immediately.
I had to be away for a week due to an urgent matter during the construction, but they called to report on the cancellation due to bad weather and the progress of the work, which made me feel rather embarrassed. Simply put, I'm so glad we asked Yusei Toso to do the work.
February was unusually rainy this year, so they painted over a longer period than originally planned, filling in the gaps in the rain.
They kept us updated on the progress of the work, as well as any closures due to the rain, which was very helpful.
They also discovered signs of aging in the building that an amateur would not notice, and explained and repaired them, going above and beyond my expectations. I'm very satisfied with their thoughtfulness, and thank you very much.
Not only will you be a painting company that I would definitely recommend to my neighbors, but to any acquaintances who need advice.

After getting quotes from three companies, I decided to go with Yusei Toso because 1) they don't take middlemen's marks, 2) they employ first-class painting technicians to do the work, and 3) they were reasonably priced.
To be honest, I didn't have high expectations, as the house is 27 years old and the siding, mortar, and roof color vest are all pretty worn.
They took the time and effort to repair cracks in the siding that were caused by a car hit a long time ago, and the color vest and gutters that were torn in a typhoon a few years ago, before painting. Thanks to their time and effort, the finished product is better than I could have ever imagined.
The exterior walls and roof were painted four times, and some parts of the roof were so damaged that they were painted five times.
Yusei said that you'll see a difference five years after painting, but I think five years will be fine...
I'm so happy right now that I sometimes go outside even when I have nothing to do and just look at my house and feel so happy.

I first used their services about six years ago.
As I live in an apartment building, I was always concerned about littering, loud conversations, and cigarette smoke when other residents were having their exterior walls painted. However, Yuusei-san did absolutely none of that.
From the initial estimate to the completion of the work, there was absolutely no half-heartedness, and I was able to entrust the project to them with complete peace of mind.
Even after several years, there is still virtually no deterioration, and it's still sparkling clean.
The finish is completely different from other houses that have had their exterior walls painted, and I'm quite proud of that.
I used their services again recently for a different project, and I felt the same sense of security as always.

I'm really glad I asked Yusei Toso to do the job this time.
They were the best, paying attention to the smallest details. I got quotes from a number of different companies, but Yusei Toso was the most understanding and explained things in the most understandable way, which I was very satisfied with. During the work, they carefully finished even the smallest details that we would not have noticed. I'm grateful that my whole family will be able to live in our newly renovated home 🥲 Thank you everyone. People around me also praised the beautiful finish.

It's been 18 years since our house was built, and this was the first time we'd painted the exterior walls, so I was nervous about the results, but the work was done so beautifully and carefully, and the result was wonderful, so I'm very satisfied. Watching the work being done every day, I was deeply moved by how delicate and complex painting is. I'm truly grateful. Thank you very much.

We are a locally-based painting company.
While exterior painting prices vary greatly depending on the contractor, we offer low prices and the person in charge personally handles the work. This means you can rest assured that the final result won't differ from the initial consultation, and you won't be charged extra fees.

There are many exterior painting companies, and it's difficult to find one that does a thorough job.
I think the previous painting company's skills were inadequate, which made the repair work difficult, but I believe Yuusei Painting took their time and did a thorough job.
I don't have the knowledge to say for sure, but I hope it lasts a long time.

This was the first time I'd ever commissioned Yuusei Painting, a local company in Yao, to paint my house's roof, exterior walls, and do balcony waterproofing.
They did an incredibly thorough job; they were true craftsmen, easy to talk to, and I'm very satisfied with the work I did.

Thank you very much.
